Administrative Coordinator
Brian Costanzo joined KBM Consulting in 2024 as an Administrative Coordinator with over 7 years of administrative experience working as an Administrative Assistant and Clerical Supervisor for the Pennsylvania Bureau of State Parks (BSP) and Pennsylvania Department of State (DOS). He excels in collaborating with leadership, building strong relationships, and clearly communicating policies, regulations, and compliance.
His organizational skills ensure efficient management of administrative tasks, while his interpersonal strengths make him an effective communicator. His broad administrative background is such an asset to KBM given his ability to support operations and his initiative to make decisions.
While working with the BSP as an Administrative Assistant, Brian improved operations by streamlining tasks, synchronizing data reporting, and providing accurate statistics for the stakeholders, bureau, and the public. He analyzed and managed policies, park data, and vehicle records as well as assessing fleet longevity. As the bureau’s timekeeper, he coordinated with Human Resources to manage the time records for bureau employees. In addition, Brian’s aptitude in proofreading is quite extensive. He was required to proofread and complete weekly reports for over 5,000 stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and proper categorization of data. His diligence and comprehensive process contributed to the bureau’s success. Brian developed and established strong relationships with stakeholders.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy and a Master of Public Administration degree at Penn State University – Capitol Campus in Middletown, PA.
Brian has a hunger for knowledge and finds motivation in enhancing his skills. He enjoys studying topics of interest and breaking down a concept to its foundations for learning and teaching purposes. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Brian volunteers with the Walk for Hope, an organization that holds 5K races to raise money for brain tumor research.
