Administrative Coordinator

Rachel Diaz joined KBM Consulting LLC in June of 2025 as the Administrative Coordinator. She has over a decade of experience in customer service and animal welfare, where she dedicated herself to improving the well-being of animals, especially cats.

Rachel leads with compassion and lives by the mantra “expect the unexpected.” Her strengths include organizational excellence, project management, and building streamlined, sustainable systems.

Eager for new opportunities, Rachel joined KBM to apply her talents and creativity in a fresh environment. She’s thrilled to be part of a team where innovation and heart go hand in hand. Rachel provides a variety of support operationally as well as building relationships with our clients. In addition, she handles any case management and client service items that come her way.  Furthermore, she spearheads our marketing projects to assist with brand awareness.

Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys reading fantasy novels, tending to her plants, learning French, and continuing to support animals in need. She loves spending time with her husband, Matthew, their dog, Susan, and four cats—Minnie Mouse, Groot, Lucky, and Pickles.
