- Confirming with the producer and/or firm the specific carriers and commissions that should be tracked
- Acquiring commission schedules for each carrier and product
- Validating all bonuses and overrides
- Uncovering commissions not paid
- Receiving commission statements each month from the carriers directly or from the producers and/or firm
- Entering all the information received in KBM’s or the firm’s commission tracking database
- Providing customized reports detailing historical and current commissions received on a weekly or monthly basis
