Geoffrey joined KBM Consulting in 2025 and has approximately 50 years of experience in the professional fields of Estate and Business Planning working with high-net-worth clientele. He leverages his industry knowledge and excels at building strong, lasting relationships with KBM’s clients by taking the time to deeply understand their unique needs and tax planning goals. He is proficient at enhancing the client’s financial well-being within the current tax laws and markets.
Geoffrey practiced as an attorney for a few years prior to affiliating with a life insurance carrier. His most recent role and experience for the past 17 years was working as an Advanced Planning Consultant with New York Life Insurance Company. He provided case design for clients with a net worth up to $1 billion. He engaged with other advisors of the client to recommend suitable solutions to minimize taxation and enhance wealth transfer for family legacy through state-of-the-art techniques.
His past experience consists of working for an M Financial Group member firm, Benefit Concepts, Inc. as a Senior Design Advisor specializing in improving family financial goals and legacy with affluent clientele. Geoff’s further professional experience includes serving as an Estate and Business Planning Consultant with AXA/Equitable/MONY and as an Advanced Markets Attorney for Massachusetts Mutual Life, Prudential Life, National Life Group, Allmerica Financial Group and Hartford Life for the past 45+ years.
Geoffrey graduated from University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree followed by Cincinnati Law School with a Juris Doctris (JD). He has successfully achieved several professional designations from the American College.
Geoffrey and his wife, Betty, spend their winters with family in Cave Creek AZ and summers in Coeur D Alene (CDA), ID. They have five daughters and six grandchildren. They help in the development of the Springer Spaniels of their daughter in CDA for competition in nearby states. Both enjoy gardening and cultivating flowers around their homes. Geoffrey continues to be active as an HOA Board Member for years in AZ to help make their neighborhood a better community.
