Jovannah “Joey” Johnson joined KBM Consulting in February 2026 as an Administrative Coordinator, bringing a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. With several years of customer service experience, she has developed exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills that support efficient and seamless operations. She is known for her reliability, professionalism, and dedication to helping teams succeed.
In addition to her administrative expertise, Joey is a licensed cosmetologist with two years of professional experience. She took her love of cosmetology further by embarking in the educational program of Empire Beauty School where she trained others on the expansive skill set keen to the profession of cosmetology. Working closely with diverse clients strengthened her interpersonal skills, adaptability, and ability to build rapport quickly.
While pursuing her degree for Secondary Education focused on Social Studies at Kutztown University, Joey was chosen over thousands of college students worldwide to participate in the prestigious Disney College Program. While there, she honed her ability to interact with diverse clientele and developed the skill to deescalate sensitive situations.
Outside of her professional life, Joey has a deep love for Disney, which reflects her passion for creativity, storytelling, and creating magical experiences for others. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new places, embracing opportunities to experience different cultures and perspectives. Music plays an important role in her life as well, serving as both inspiration and relaxation. Whether professionally or personally, Joey approaches life with enthusiasm, positivity, and a genuine desire to connect with others.
